Shipping Information and FAQ's Shipping Information: There should and only will be shipping if a customer requests and pays the extra for files to be sent on a CD-Rom and then we will need there address and shipping and handling costs to cover the CD-Rom and then we will send it off to you. But most items will not have shipping they should be direct download whick you will receive a direction of coming back to our site and be able to download your files. NO REFUNDS: There will be no refunds due to the type of product we sell. Once you have it, it is yours, but we are quit sure you will be happy with your purchase. Answers to our most commonly asked questions Q. How do I download my order? A. After you have placed your order you will be redirected by PayPal back to Country Prim Art website to an area where you can download your order. Once you return to this page please scroll down and you will see the download buttons, click on the download button located next to your order and your download will begin. |
Q. After I placed my order I wasn’t redirected by PayPal back to Country Prim Arts, website so now how do I get my order? A. If for some reason you are not redirected after your order has been placed then simply return to Country Prim Art website and click on Log In and enter your Log In details then click on My Account located on the very top left corner, then click on your order (usually somewhere in the middle of the page) then scroll down just a little and you will see the download buttons next to your order, simply click on the download button to begin downloading your order. |
Q. I completed my payment through PayPal but I haven’t received my download links or confirmation email from your website, why? A. Sometimes PayPal is a little slow sending the info back to our site to activate the download links. You will be able to download as soon as PayPal sends the info back, it's all automated and sometimes PayPal slows down a bit when they are busy or performing maintenance on their site. It should be sent back to you within the hour or less. You will receive an email from our website when the PayPal system returns the info to our cart and this is when you can return to our site to download. To download your order once PayPal activates the links please Log In to your account on our site then click on My Account on the very top left corner then click on your order and you will see download buttons next to each collection you have purchased. If there is still problems and you do not receive or can not Log In to you’re My Account please email us and we will work on getting the problem solved ASAP !!!! |
Q. I received a Gift Certificate from your store, how do I use it?
A. When you receive a Gift Certificate you first need to redeem the certificate to be able to use it. To redeem the certificate go back to the email where you received the gift certificate and click on ‘click here to redeem’ link located near the bottom of the email. You will be brought to our website and will have to log in, once you log in you will see Congratulations you have redeemed a gift certificate worth $(the amount). You can then click continue and you have the option to shop or you can return at a later date to use the gift certificate. When you are ready to use the gift certificate you can shop as you usually do and during step 2 of 3 of the checkout you will see a box about half way down that says Gift Certificates and on the bottom RIGHT CORNER of the box it asks how much to redeem, enter $(the amount you wish to redeem) and it will deduct the amount from your order. Continue with the rest of your checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: When you go to redeem the gift certificate through the original email and if it says that the gift certificate is invalid or has already been redeemed then you already activated it and you will just need to enter the amount you wish to use in the gift certificate box during step 2 of 3 during your next checkout. |
Q. I had some problems downloading my order and now it says that it's expired, what can I do?
A. There is no need to panic if you have any problems downloading your order. Simply send us an email with your order number and we will reset your download links. We can do this as many times as needed until you get your order completely downloaded. We usually get the reset done within an hour or so but if I am away from my computer for a few hours for one of my kids Soccer Games or an appointment of some sort it may be a little longer.
****Please double check that your email address on the form below is correct before sending. The only reason you would not receive a response from us within 24 hours is an incorrect email address, and this happens quite often :o), emails get bounced back to us after we reply and there is no way for us to get in contact with you**** |
